有ると聞き訪問しましたが、
大正解でした！
決して派手では有りませんが、
コーヒーも料理もスイーツも素材から
こだわり、とても丁寧に作られています。
付け合わせのスープを口にした瞬間から、
「ああ、ここは既製品に頼らず、
真面目に料理を作っているお店だ。」
と確信しました。
いわゆるチェーン店にありがちな、
分かりやすい、うま味調味料的な味は
全くせず、
素材の旨味を引き出す味付けが
されています。
オムライスを注文しましたが、
チキンライスは野菜がたっぷり入っていて
とても美味しかったです。
お野菜もスーパーで買ったものではなく、
生産者さんから直に仕入れて
いらっしゃるそうです。
食後には、マスターがじっくり丁寧に
淹れたコーヒーと、
アップルシナモンクランベリーケーキを
いただきました。
マスター自家製の桃のコンポートが
添えられており、
メニューの細かい所まで
気を使われているのが感じられます。
また、訪問したいと思います。
