店内は席数こそ少ないものの、それが絶妙によい雰囲気を醸し出し、珈琲のいい香りと共に癒しの空間へと誘います。
マスターは笑顔がとても素敵な方で、初めての私にも気さくに話しかけてくださいました。
お店の珈琲も、ど素人の私でも分かるように詳しく説明してくださり、珈琲への拘りやお店に来た人を大事にされている事がよく伝わってきました。
珈琲はとてもいい香りで飲みやすく、初めて来たにも関わらずすっかりこのお店のファンとなってしまいました。
また必ず伺いたいと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CBR1100XX等を開発担当した山中勲氏のお店です。木の造りが店内も良い雰囲気を出してます。
勿論、中はバイク関係の物や書籍が沢山ありますので
ホンダのバイク好きな方、特にCBR1100XX乗りの方には聖地とも言える場所ではないでしょうか。
コーヒー巡りのツーリングをしていたというだけあって出されるコーヒーも美味しく淹れ方も本格的です。
分からない方には丁寧にメニューの説明もしてくれます。
記念撮影や書籍へのサインも気軽にして貰えますので来訪記念に是非。
お店の場所が分かって居ても、最初に訪れる時は通り過ぎてしまいました。
２輪Ｐが奥にあるのですが、重量あるバイクだと出る時の取り回しがやや大変ですので手前で転回してバックで入れることをオススメします。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コーヒーの特徴がここまでしっかり出ているお店はないかと思います。と、いうくらいにおいしく香りのいいコーヒーを気さくなマスターさんが淹れてくれます。わたしは、リッチブレンドをいただきましたー。 もちろんきちんとそれぞれのコーヒーの種類の説明もしていただけます。 ここは近くに行くことあれば、絶対にもう一度行きます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 永年ホンダでオートバイの開発をしてこられた山中さんのお店です。ホンダの二輪レースの立役者、また数々の名車の産みの親と言っても過言ではない方です。
そんな山中さんのお店で、フレンチプレスでコーヒーを頂けます。コーヒーの種類は豊富で、こだわりをもって選ばれており美味しいです。
ご自宅の作業小屋をご自身で改装されたお店で、非常に雰囲気があって落ち着きます。バイクの駐車場も専用で用意されておりバイクの出し入れも非常に楽です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 随分前に弟家族とうちの家族と一緒に、家族旅行の途中で、〝車２台で〟立ち寄りました。趣味の延長線上で始められた様な手作り感のある小さなお店が民家の庭の中にありました。駐車場も同じ民家の庭先で、庭木や庭石に注意しながら、ワンボックスとSUVを停めました。油断すると庭石にホイールをガリッとやりそうです。弟も私もバイク乗りのため、バイクの濃いお話しが聞けるかと期待していましたが、カウンターに座ったバイカーさんとずっとお話しされていて、私達車で訪れたバイク好きには無関心でした。コーヒーは、紅茶を淹れるプレスタイプで美味しく頂けました。コーヒーが苦くてまだ飲めない子供が頼んだココアは、ほとんど味がしなかったそうです。コーヒーを頼むお客さんが多く、マスター自身もご自身が作られたココアを飲む機会も無いため、恐らくココアの粉の分量に対するお湯の量を、把握されていないのではないかなと思います。バイク乗りの方がふらっと立ち寄るには良いですが、大きな車で訪ねるには、おすすめ致しません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2022.1.09本田宗一郎ものづくり伝承館へ立ち寄り、次にこちらのお店へ。自分たちの若いころの憧れたホンダのモデルを開発されていた山中さんが経営されているカフェです。開発秘話も伺え、もっとお話を伺いたかったですが、日曜で風も弱い晴天とあれば来客が後を絶たず、再訪を誓い、次のスズキ歴史館へ向かいました。コーヒーはフレンチプレスという淹れ方で、モカをいただきましたがあっさりと飲めてしまう軽めのテイストでした。ごちそうさまでした、またお話を聞きに伺います。
