★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 東京から豊橋へ急遽行く事になり、駅前のビジネスホテルに泊まった翌朝に立ち寄りました。
前の晩、深夜まで飲み歩いていた事もあり、とにかくまともな喫茶店を探していました。
まともな喫茶店とは私の場合、まず清潔で落ち着いた雰囲気であること。そして、出来れば店主の几帳面さが感じられるお店であること。つまり、一日の始まりに相応しいと思える喫茶店です。
ここは本当に理想的な喫茶店でした。
初めて訪れた豊橋は外国人が多く、街は汚れ、きっと古き良き喫茶店は見つけられないだろうと思っていただけに非常に嬉しく思いました。
これは誇張でも何でもなく、
二日酔いの状態で予定を熟さなければならない憂鬱な朝に、この様な喫茶店に出会えるか出会えないかでその日の印象は真逆の評価になり得ます。モーニング喫茶を愛する私の様な人間には風花さんの様なお店は貴重なのです。
また豊橋に来た翌朝には立ち寄りたいと思います。
I had to go from Tokyo to Toyohashi in a hurry, so I stopped by the next morning when I stayed at a business hotel in front of the station.
The night before, I was drinking until midnight, so I was looking for a decent coffee shop.
In my case, a decent coffee shop has a clean and calm atmosphere. And if possible, it should be a shop where you can feel the owner's meticulousness. In other words, it is a coffee shop that seems to be a good place to start the day.
This was a really ideal coffee shop.
I was very happy to think that Toyohashi, which I visited for the first time, had many foreigners, the city was dirty, and I was sure that I would not be able to find a good old coffee shop.
This is neither an exaggeration nor anything
On a gloomy morning when you have to ripen your schedule with a hangover, the impression of the day can be the opposite, depending on whether you can meet such a coffee shop or not. For a person like me who loves morning coffee, a shop like Mr. Fuka is valuable.
I would like to stop by the next morning when I come to Toyohashi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 入った瞬間に素敵なマスターがお出迎えしてくれます。店の雰囲気は窓ガラスの模様が昭和を思わせてタイムスリップしたようでした。風花ブレンドコーヒーとレギュラーモーニングを頂きました。淹れたてのコーヒーと温かいお料理は最高でした。私だけの秘密の空間にしたいです
A wonderful master will welcome you as soon as you enter. The atmosphere of the store seemed to have slipped back in time because the pattern of the window glass reminded me of the Showa era. We received Fukahana blend coffee and regular morning. Freshly brewed coffee and hot food were great. I want to be my only secret space

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 街中にあるのにとても静かでホッと一息。通りから通路を奥に進むと入口があります。こう言う隠れ家的なお店、大好きですね。店内も落ち着く作りで洒落てますが、１枚づつ違うガラスが素敵すぎです。昔ながらの雰囲気でワルツの珈琲をいただくのもいいもんです。モーニングもありランチもあり、閉店は早いのですが朝６時からやってらっしゃるそうで早朝にお邪魔したいなぁ。
It is very quiet and relieved even though it is in the city. There is an entrance when you go down the passage from the street. I like this kind of retreat. The inside of the store is also cool and fashionable, but the different glass one by one is too nice. It is good to have Waltz coffee in the traditional atmosphere. There is morning and lunch, and the store closes early, but he seems to be doing it from 6 am and wants to come in early in the morning.
