★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日ケーキとアイスを購入しました。ケーキしか味は確認出来ておりませんが大変美味しかったです。
ケーキに保冷剤は付けますか？と丁寧にケーキを扱ってくれたのは満足なのですが、その間ずっとアイスをレジで放置、扱いも袋にそのままいれるだけで、家へ持ち帰ったときにはドロドロに溶けていました。
暑い日にアイスを買ったのに、まるで焼き菓子やチラシような扱いで困惑しきりです。
ケーキの扱いしか研修を受けたことがない方だったのかもしれませんが、ケーキに保冷剤は付けて、アイスは袋に入れるだけという発想がかなり衝撃でした。

駐車場もたっぷりあり、店内も広く、清潔感のある店です。
不二家も、CMやキャンペーンをすれぱ集客数も伸びると思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 不二家の日の２月２８日に訪問しました。エコバッグのプレゼントがあったので大混雑でしたが店員さんはたった１人。行列が全然進まずかなりの時間並びました。普段ならともかくイベントで行列はわかっていたはず。派遣を頼むなりして対応してほしかったです。

You should have known the procession at the event anyway. I wanted you to respond as soon as I asked for dispatch.

メインは他店で購入したのですが、ここは定番のチョコ・キャンディー・サブレ以外にも色々なお菓子がバラ購入可能なので買い足ししてボリュームアップしました。
今回のヒットはチョコバーの詰め合わせ。デパートの半額くらいで品質の良いセットが手に入りました。
普段あまり菓子店に立ち寄らない男性にオススメです。
楽天カードを持っていれば、提示するだけでポイントが付きますよ。
