品揃えは広く浅く
予備校や塾が多い学生の街なので赤本や参考書は品揃え豊富
漫画やアニメに強い店員がいないので漫画本の種類は偏っていて少ないです
新刊の入荷は部数が少ないので時間によっては売りきれている可能性大
私は基本夜伺うので売りきれているか未入荷のものが殆どです
取り置き·注文は快く引き受けて貰えますが
手書き伝票なので部数が多いとレジが混みます

As it is a student town with many preparatory schools and cram schools, there is a wide selection of red books and reference books.
Since there are no clerk who are strong in manga and anime, the types of comic books are biased and few.
Since the number of new publications is small, it is highly possible that they are sold out depending on the time.
I visit at night, so most of them are sold out or not in stock.

まぁ、駅の改札口の真正面に有るのだから目立つと言えば、そうなのだが！自由が丘と言えば、近隣に学校が在るためだろう。結構参考書の類は揃えている様だ。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 自由が丘駅前(バスロータリー側)にある本屋さん。奥に広く、参考書やラノベ、漫画のフロアが結構広いような印象です。
マニアックな本はありませんが、暇つぶしやちょっと新刊を探しに来るにはちょうどいい本屋さん
A bookstore in front of Jiyugaoka Station (on the bus rotary side). It's wide in the back, and the floor of reference books, light novels, and manga is quite wide.
There are no maniac books, but a bookstore that is just right for killing time or looking for a new book.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ レトロな昔ながらの書店。しゃれっ気ないけれど店内いたるところにコメントや見やすさの工夫があります。待ち合わせの時に寒さでかじかむ時も立ち寄らせていただきました。店長がとてもいいね。
A retro old-fashioned bookstore. Although it's not swanky, there are comments and ingenuity for visibility everywhere in the store. I stopped by when I was biting in the cold at the time of the meeting. The store manager is very nice.
