★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今日のランチのメインは､ブリのバター焼き or 照り焼きでしたので中性脂肪が増えない様に 後者を美味しくいただきましたよ! 漬物代わりの 大根の煮付け・大根の皮＆大根葉のみじん切り も美味しかったです?アルコール入りの お白湯❓️があれば､晩御飯をいただいたのと、同じですね?️

 The main lunch today was yellowtail butter or teriyaki, so I enjoyed the latter so that the triglycerides did not increase! The radish boiled instead of pickles, radish skin & chopped radish leaves were also delicious. ? If you have white hot water with alcohol ❓️, it's the same as having dinner ?️
