院長？少し態度と言葉の使い方をなおしましょうね〜！そこで働いてるスタッフさんもお気の毒です、あと病院自体のオペレーションを改めた方がよいでしょう。
もう行く事は無いので別に構わないですが…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここに来るまで医者は尊い存在であり尊敬に値すると考えていましたがそれは技術はもとより患者さんのメンタル部分に安心を与えてこそ名医と言われるのだなと…ここに通院することでつくづく実感できました。
治すために通院して言われたことを可能な限り忠実にしたけど診察では強い口調で『いいですか！言われたことは守ってやってくれないと治りませんよ！』とかやっとこ抜糸したのに『このままじゃ治らないなぁもぅ1回ここを削ぎとって…』だのいい始めるし、もぅあまりに恐ろしく本当にこのままではヤバイ…今しかないと他院に飛び込み寸止めでヤバイ治療をされずに済みました。
そちらで治療のいきさつを話したらまったく違う方法で…しかもすごく丁寧なお話で安心して帰って来たのを鮮明に覚えています。
患者の話を聞きたくない？距離を置きたいのかわかりませんが、こちらはケアが分からないからどうしたら良いかを聞いてるのに一方的に突っぱねるしなんでここに来る患者さんがいるかまったくわかりません。あくまでこちらの体験なので良いと感じる方もいるんだろうけどお世話になったことは事実ですが言い方冷たいし２度といきたくありません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お医者さんの所見というのはブレまくりでは患者を不安にしますが、患者が時系列を整理して説明しても頑として曲げないというのは不安より怒りが湧きます。
素人がネットで聞きかじった話（だいたい間違ってる）をお医者さんにするのはそれこそ釈迦に説法でしょうが、それを頭から否定するのではなく、そんな聞きかじりを話すほどの不安を汲み取って正しい教えを授けるのがお釈迦様のあり方ではないでしょうか。
お医者さんはお釈迦様ではありませんが、患者にとっては同じくらい頼りにしたい存在です。
結局、他のお医者さんにハシゴして全く違う診断を受けました。もしかしたら今回正しいのはこちらのお医者さんかもしれませんが、次回もこんな嫌な思いをするのは御免です。
スタッフの皆さんの印象は良かったです。あの先生の下で働くのは大変だろうなぁ。
あ、あと今時WindowsXPのパソコンを使うのはどうでしょうね？ 少なくとも個人情報を扱うパソコンにそれは感心できませんよ。それこそ専門家のお話を聞いてはいかがでしょうか？
