★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 春は柏餅が美味しいです。お餅はもちろんみずみずしくモチモチしていて、包んでいる葉もしっとり上品です。あんこも甘すぎず丁度良い。午後には売り切れてしまうので、大量買いをしたい場合には事前に電話で予約すると良いと思います。和菓子ってシンプルな材料だからこそ、味の違いや食感の違いを感じるものだと思うけど、柏餅は絶品で1年中食べたいくらいです。
Kashiwa mochi is delicious in spring. The mochi is of course fresh and moist, and the wrapping leaves are moist and elegant. The red bean paste is not too sweet and is just right. It will be sold out in the afternoon, so if you want to buy a lot, it is better to make a reservation by phone in advance. I think that Japanese sweets have different tastes and textures because they are simple ingredients, but Kashiwamochi is a superb dish and I want to eat it all year long.
