★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4月6日、犬のシャンプーコースの予約を電話でとろうとしたところ、菅原さんに、「トリマーが一人辞めたので、4月はもういっぱい。空いているのは5月9日になる」と言われました。どうも電話では、空いているところをじっくり探すのがめんどうなので4月はもう空いていないと言った、という印象を受けました。それで翌日直接店舗に行き、藤田さんに目の前で予約表を開いてもらったところ、4月22日と27日の9時から空きがありました。
という具合なので、予約をとる時は電話ではなく、直接店舗まで行ったほうがよいです。
