ム	ムッチリ吾郎 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 施設は古めですし、五階で受付、ロッカーは三階、ジムは四階と入り組んでいて着替え等面倒さも感じますが、ジムスペースが広めなのと空いているので利用しています。フリーウエイトのスペースが少し狭いのと、パワーラックは無く、スミスマシンとベンチ台のみ(他にフリーベンチが1、アジャスタブルベンチが1)なので、本格的に鍛えたい方は藤沢はジムも多いので色々見学された方がいいと思いますが、軽く身体を動かしたい方は有酸素マシンも多いですし、ウエイトのマシンも効きやすいいいマシンが多いので、オススメです The facility is old, the reception is on the 5th floor, the lockers are on the 3rd floor, and the gym is on the 4th floor, so it can be a hassle to change clothes, but I use it because the gym space is large and vacant. The free weight space is a little small, there is no power rack, only Smith machine and bench stand (1 free bench, 1 adjustable bench), so if you want to train in earnest, Fujisawa has many gyms, so there are various I think it's better to take a tour, but for those who want to move lightly, there are many aerobic machines, and there are many good weight machines that are easy to work with, so it is recommended.
