社会福祉法人 美郷会が運営。
サ高賃は100室。
通所介護（ディサービス）
短期入所（ショートステイ）は20床。
ケアマネージャーさんがいらっしゃるので
適宜、ケアプランを作成してくださいます。
サ高賃は高齢者のサービス付き賃貸マンションで
あるので、夜間の見守りが手薄になることは
仕方のないことです。
しかし、ケアマネさんも心強い方ですし、昼間にいらっしゃる
介護福祉士さんも大変親切です。
昼間は、ディサービスの利用者さんも多く、
賑やかです。
建物もまだ新しくきれいです。
駐車場もゆとりの広さがあります。
