★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 小山営業所といっても、小山市内ではなく、市内から１時間弱かかるので、営業所受け取りは不便ですね。ヤマトみたいに受け取りポストができることを期待します。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 17時まで仕事で帰ってきたら不在通知。18時まで繋がるとのことで電話するも、呼び出しがなって出たと思ったら切れる。音声案内でその後入力したけどちゃんとはいたつれるのだろうか…電話しても全く繋がらないんですけど。
営業所のオペレーターさんちょっと感じ悪い。
Notification of absence when returning from work until 17:00. I called because I was supposed to be connected until 6 pm, but when I thought I got a call, I hung up. I typed it in the voice guidance after that, but I wonder if I can get it properly ... I can't connect at all even if I call.
The operator at the sales office feels a little uncomfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 玄関に出るのが遅れたときに ドライバーがブツブツ捨て台詞言いながら去って言った。佐川のドライバーはどこに行っても変なのしかいない。
相手の都合で本当に仕方なく使ってやってるが本当に使いたくない。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一昨日面接に伺いました。的確な説明と内容を話して頂き面接を受けた私にはとても良い印象でした。
社内も綺麗でした。入り口も受付も整頓されていました。
会議室内も清掃されていて綺麗でした。
I visited the interview the day before yesterday. It was a very good impression for me when I was interviewed by giving an accurate explanation and contents.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 何とか今日中に集荷に来てほしくて、夕方受付時間終了後に集荷の連絡しましたが、やはり明日になってしまうとこのとで諦めていましたが、何と近くを通りかかったので来ましたとお二人の方が集荷に来てくれました！コールセンターの方にもドライバーのお二人にも感謝です！本当に助かりました。小山地区です！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一度も指定日と時間帯指定を守ってくれたことがありません。置き配指定も無視で、荷物は持ちかえられてしまいます。指定日誤配のせいで、こちらに不利益が生じたこともあります。時間帯指定していて、それ以外の時間でも、インターホンを10回ほど鳴らされます。パニックになる家族もいます。どうなってるんでしょうね。こちらで指定できるものなら、一生お世話になりたくない会社です。

こんなの日常茶飯事。
そもそも指定の日に来ないこと多し！
来たらきたで、態度悪いし愛想悪いし。
私は引越し族で、ネットショッピングもかなりの頻度で利用するなので、引っ越先の土地の佐川さんにお世話になる事多いけど、こんな教育の行き届いてない佐川さん初めて。
うちの担当の人、街中で見かけてもマナー悪いし。切実に担当変わって欲しい。★ひとつも付けたくない気分。
