I built a new house. I really regret it. It's a newly built house, but I can't help but want to rebuild it. It's a big purchase, and I definitely don't recommend it to anyone who wants to build an important and healing home or want to use it for a long time. It's a good idea to rethink building a house here. The following reasons, It will be only a part. Reason 1 There is no follow-up. If you build it, you build it and you're done. There is no subsequent inspection, confirmation, or follow-up. Half-year inspection 1-year inspection 2-year inspection Most of the housing manufacturers do, but none at all. There was no detailed confirmation of the owner at the time of delivery, and although it was newly built, I was stunned to think that there was no regular inspection. I'm sure it won't be there in the future, and I'm not expecting it, and I'm amazed at the sloppy response that it's over when I build it and pay for it. It's unfriendly and unreasonable. Reason 2 Enforcement is generally miscellaneous. From the time of completion, the wallpaper was heavily soiled, and there were dark spots and stains on the wallpaper, so we removed it by ourselves after delivery. There was a mysterious stain on the flooring, and I couldn't remove it by myself, so I asked him to come and remove it, but as a result, the wax became uneven. There was a dent in the part of the frame made of wood, and it was misleading whether it was a file. Isn't it normal to start over? I was shocked to be deceived. The installation of the kitchen was done not by the manufacturer but by the construction company, but there were some yellow marks around the wall, probably because it was an adhesive, and it didn't come off at all even if I wiped it. Even if I contacted the manufacturer, I was told that I couldn't deal with things that hadn't been enforced, and that I might have to replace the wallpaper. Because it stands out, I really hate it and feel unpleasant every time I stand in the kitchen. There were many parts where the caulking was rough and already cracked. I asked for the repair of the caulking in another place once, but after that, the caulking in the bathroom was also removed, so I am worried about mold and corrosion. There are many other points that I'm worried about if I raise it, and honestly I decided that there was a connection from the old days, but I did not refuse, I did not push what I wanted to build at the housing maker. I really regret it. The goal is to destroy it and rebuild it. Honestly, I look at my home every day, which is dissatisfied and distrustful, so I would like to refrain from any further transactions or relationships and spend the minimum amount.
