★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 解らない事も親切に分かりやすく教えて戴来ました?30年位前の市役所職員は、急ぎの市民がいても平気でお茶を飲んだりお菓子を食べたりとスッゴい態度が悪かったのですが、市長が代わる度に少しずつ改善されて本来の公務員の姿になり嬉しく思います?

若い方でしたがどんな指導をすればあのような態度で窓口対応をするようになるのか不思議で仕方ありませんでした。
きちんとした仕事をして下さい。

市の職員、窓口対応として無理かと、、年配の方でしたが、、どんな仕事をしてきてますか？今の若い職員にも、そのような御指導してるのかと思ったら、、、初心にもどりきちんとしてください。ホントに不愉快でならない、、
