T	Tetsuo Kiyama on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 場所は山谷地域の東の外れ、関東大震災で被災するまで曹洞宗の江戸三箇寺 (えどさんかじ) のひとつに数えられていた総泉寺という大きな寺があった場所。すぐ近くにはエレキテルこと平賀源内の墓があるというロケーション。古い銭湯を昭和６０年に改築後、番台式だったのをフロント式に改装した受付が小さな玄関にある。各２０個のカランのみの東京下町の大変小さな銭湯だが、ここの湯の特徴は露天風呂と電気風呂がない以外は何でも揃っている点だろう。ジェットバス・バイブラバス・湿式サウナ (湯気サウナ) に立ちシャワーブースも。サウナに入った後のお約束の水風呂もあるのは無料のサウナ同様プラスポイントか。大人ひとりしか入れなさそうな水風呂はご愛嬌だが小振りな銭湯としたらとても良心的。湿式サウナは廃業した山谷の人気銭湯「梅の湯」と同じ形式、低温の湯気サウナだ。男女各浴室は周辺の銭湯の半分くらいで、東京最大銭湯の根岸の「萩の湯」と比べたら五分の一くらいか？小ささで例えれば銀座の銭湯「銀座湯/金春湯」並。しかし綺麗に手入れされメンテナンスも完璧で、ジェット噴射のノズルが詰まっている箇所も見当たらない。大きな銭湯じゃなくても毎日でも通いたくなる銭湯だ。 The place is on the eastern outskirts of the Sanya area, where there was a large temple called Sosenji, which was counted as one of the Edo Sankaji temples of the Soto sect until it was damaged by the Great Kanto Earthquake. さ	さっちん。 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 南千住が近いのですが東向島駅から隅田川に向かいます。頭の中では山谷ブルースがエンドレスです。閉店2時間前フロントには自分の理想するおばぁちゃんがおりました。(自分が子供と仮定して)もうこれでテンションアゲアゲです。浴場に入るとまたもや早川絵師の西伊豆が！何でも、亡くなる半年前の作品で、その後天井塗りのペンキ屋が富士山に一筋の液だれあったりしたのですが、2019年に田中みずきさんが、経年劣化の補修をしたとのことです。浴場は45℃の赤外線風呂、40℃の実こう湯、無料のスチームサウナ(初めて見る昼光色の明るいサウナ)と水風呂がありました。壁絵を堪能したければ、ついつい45℃の湯に入ることになります。温度表示ほど熱くはなかったのですが、気が付いたら真っ赤っかでした。たいそうな銭湯ではないですが、満足感ある銭湯でした。これだから新規開拓はやめられません。 Minamisenju is near, but I'm heading to the Sumida River from Higashi-Mukojima Station.
