ただ、とにかく受付の女性陣の電話対応が感じ悪いです。窓口で実際に対面したり、ただの予約だけであれば問題ないのですが、この間、歯に亀裂が入り驚いて治療をお願いする電話をしました。何十年も前に関東圏に住んでいた時に治療した歯のようでその時の記憶が全くなかったので、本物の自分の歯なのか被せものかわからないと伝えましたが、その時は回答は得られないまま二週間後の予約になるとのこと。その間、どのように過ごせばいいでしょうか?と伺ったらそんなこと聞かれても…的な声色になり、柔らかい物を食べるとかじゃないですか?と言われました。(逆に困惑されてもそちら専門家ですよね?って感じなんですが…)治療までの間に完璧に割れたら再度電話した方がいいか確認したら電話してくれと言われました。あと数日で治療というタイミングで割れてしまったので、電話したら慌てたように受付の女性が他の女性に代わったのですが、「それただの被せものなので。うちで治療した歯じゃないですし」と言われました。何回も問い合わせられても困ります!って感じで言われました。ん?私、ここの歯科で治療した歯か聞きましたか?さすがに最近通い始めた病院で治療されてるものかは私でも分りますが?てか私そんなこと聞きましたか?「ただの」って被せものかどうかの回答を前回聞いたのにもらってないんですけど?初耳。あと久代で治療した歯じゃないから何なの??は?
すごく失礼な物言いで本当に驚きました。あとムカつきました^^
先生に治療の前にすげーーーーー長い(20分程度)被せものの説明されたんですが、結果「染みるとかクレーム入れられても困る」って事らしく、そんな心配しているなら受付の女性陣の感じの悪さをどうにかしてほしいです。こちらが求めている質問に対しての説明が無いのはそちらの問題なのに、そんな言い方される筋合いあります?「ただの」とか「うちじゃない」とか。まずこちらの問いに答えてないことに気づいてますか?だから同じこと聞いているのに「被せものor自分の歯」!それにみんながみんな歯の事知っている訳じゃないし、病院に慣れている訳じゃない。不安になって聞くこともある中でクレーム紛いに取られる筋合いないんですが。あの人たちは自分たちの当たり前が他人の当たり前だとでも思って治療の手伝いしているんでしょうか?
椅子に座るタイミングだってわかりませんが?もう何回も来てればわかるでしょ?って思ってますよね。そうゆう気遣いの無さがすべての行動に出ていると思います。
受付の眼鏡で髪結んでる人とショートの人はこの一件ではっきり言って「ありがとうございました」とは言いたくなくなりました。(電話はこの二人)
今、思うと丁寧だと思った先生の説明もクレーマーだからクレーム付けられないためのリスク回避なんでしょうか?
なんだか、したてに出て物事を丁寧に聞いて↑みたいな状態だとアホらし、って思ったので丁寧にするのやめようと思います。「お客様」ですから。私の中ではアチラもコチラも対等だと思っていますが?クレーム付ける付けないの前に自分たちの言動を振り返ってもらって自分にも目を向けてください。結果クレーマーを生んだのはこちらの受付の女性陣です。今後も治療があれば通いますが、同じような事があれば直接言わせてもらおうと思います。
