平日だったので、待つことはなく、スムーズに検査→レンズのアドバイスと進みました。
非常に丁寧かつスピーディーに対応・接客して戴き、嬉しい＆助かりました。
顧客データの管理も行き届いていたこともスムーズな流れの要因だったと思います。
とても良かったです。
I had them make glasses here in the past. Today, my eyes are getting older, so my goal was to make the glasses I'm wearing bifocal.
Since it was a weekday, I didn't have to wait and proceeded smoothly with inspection → lens advice.
I was glad and saved that I was able to respond and serve customers very politely and speedily.
I think that the management of customer data was also a factor in the smooth flow.
It was very good.
