紫にして欲しいとダブルカラーを頼んだら全体の色ムラも酷く、前頭部分だけ色が入り後頭部は金髪。（元々傷んでるため色が入らなくても仕方ないということは理解していました）
全体的に色が入らなく金髪になってしまったならまだしも、色が入った部分と入らなかった部分の差が冗談じゃないレベルでした。
最後の確認時も誤魔化され、ちゃんと見せてもらえず、そのまま終わりということで返されました。
帰宅後、あまりにも酷い仕上がりだった為、自分で色を入れるタイプのカラーシャンプーを購入し染めて少しはマシになったという感じです。
施術していただいているとは言えど、こちらも安くはないお金を払っているので残念な気持ちでいっぱいです。
もう既に自分で染め直しのようなことをしてしまっているので、お直しや返金等求めるつもりはありませんが、お店には二度と行くことはないです。
色が入らなかった云々より、誤魔化されたこと、あんな仕上がりでOKと思われたことが何よりも悲しいです。
言葉だけでは伝わらないかと思うので写真載せておきます。

It's the worst coloring ever.
When I asked for a double color to make it purple, the overall color unevenness was terrible, and only the frontal part was colored and the back of the head was blonde. (I understood that it can't be helped if the color doesn't come in because it was originally damaged)
If I didn't get the color and became blonde, the difference between the part with the color and the part without the color was not a joke.
At the time of the final confirmation, it was also deceived, and it was not shown properly, and it was returned as it was the end.
After I got home, the finish was so bad that I bought a color shampoo that I could add my own color and dyed it.
Even though I have been treated, I am full of disappointment because I am paying not cheap money.
I've already done something like re-dying myself, so I'm not going to ask for a repair or refund, but I'll never go to the store again.
It's sad that it was deceived and that it seemed OK with such a finish, rather than the fact that the color did not come in.
I think that words alone will not convey it, so I will post a photo.
