老夫婦家族で経営しているようで、焼肉店特有の威勢の良さみたいなのはない感じですが、アットホームで良心的な雰囲気を感じました。
The atmosphere and food of the shop are quite good.
It seems that it is run by an elderly couple's family and there is no such thing as the power of a yakiniku restaurant, but I felt a conscientious atmosphere at home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 真面目なお店です。宮崎産のかなり質の高いお肉を使われております。タンは冷凍物が多いのですがここは恐らくチルドではないでしょうか。ロースもカルビも一目で上質感が伝わってきます。ハラミにもびっくりしたのですがかなり厚切りでした。しかもハラミは歯で簡単に切れるくらい柔らかく、肉の旨味をしっかり感じることができます。ただ申し訳ないですがタレの器が小さく浅く、量がそんなにないのでここは改善して頂きたいです。せっかく美味しいタレなのでたっぷりつけたかったです。
そうはいってもここはきちんとしたお金を払えばそれに応じたいいお肉を出してくれる数少ない優良店だと思います。
It's a serious shop. We use fairly high quality meat from Miyazaki. Many tongues are frozen, but this is probably chilled. You can feel the high quality of both loin and ribs at a glance. I was surprised at Harami, but it was a fairly thick slice. Moreover, Harami is so soft that it can be easily cut with your teeth, and you can feel the delicious taste of the meat. I'm sorry, but the saucer is small and shallow, and the amount is not so large, so I would like you to improve here. It's a delicious sauce, so I wanted to add plenty of it.
Even so, I think this is one of the few excellent restaurants that will serve good meat if you pay the right amount of money.
