派遣ですが残業が当たり前です。定時で帰りたい人には向いてないです。給料はそこそこかと稼ぎたい人にはいいかと土曜出勤もあります。上司の人はある程度は教えてくれますが見放したりもします。仕事は簡単ですが工場が初めての人は3K (臭い)(汚い)(危険)なのでキツいと思います。二交替制で休める時間もないです。ですのでそこら辺も踏まえて星１にします。

2年ほど前に数ヶ月だけ派遣で働きましたが、職場環境は本当に最悪すぎました。星一つもつけたくないほどです!!ですが、どうしても投稿したかったのでとりあえず星一つ。ジェコー行田でだけは働かない方がいいです！！残業は当たり前、残業できない日は朝のうちにチームリーダーに申告する。残業するのは暗黙の了解の域。夜勤の後でも8時からの勤務者が出勤してくるまで残業。人間関係も最悪すぎました。上司もパワハラするやつばっかりです。人間終わった奴らしかいません。直属の上司だった野郎(高橋)から他の勤務者たちの目の前で罵声を浴びせられたこと、社長の前で大恥かかせられたこと今でも忘れはしません。若い社員の女(大塚愛里という自意識過剰のアラサーのブス女)も年配のババアどもも新人が入ってくるなりターゲットにして、嫌がらせやイジメを楽しみます。まともな社員はそこにはいないと思います。派遣でそこで働いている外国人の方達が一番まともです。日本人の派遣社員は変わった人が多数います。

I don't think there are any decent employees there. The foreigners who are dispatched and work there are the most decent. Many Japanese dispatched employees have changed.
