一つ一つ丁寧に作ってくださる美味しい料理。
１１００円でこれだけ食べれるなら申し分なしです。
美味しかったし、大将も感じがよく好感がもてました。
追記 夜も行きました。
夜の２００0円セット（酒の当て５品）とご飯を頂きました。
勿論単品もありますし、要予約ではありますがコースも３つありましたよ。
梅酒とワインで頂きました。どれも食材、味、盛り付け、食器もよく
楽しめました。ごちそうさまでした。
また伺います。
鰻を始めたそうです。時間が かかるので鰻を食べるときは予約をしてくださいね。

結果としては、¥1,100のランチ+肉料理単品が私には合っています。
刺身のお造りは満点ですが、
料理のバランスとしては
物足りなく感じました。
地産地消も素晴らしいと思いますが
サクラマスなどの原価の高い食材よりも
若者向けのパワーランチも選択出来れば再訪したいと思います。
タケノコなどは店舗で下ごしらえしていると解るので
丁寧な仕事されているのはすばらしいと感じました。
