★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ただ醤油を溶かしただけのスープで、コクも旨みも全くありません。鶏肉は固くてパサパサ！全然噛めないし、味もしません。あまりに酷いラーメンだったので、全部残して帰ろうと思ったぐらいです。
他人のレビューは全く当てにならないと、身を以て知りました。
It's just a soup made from soy sauce and has no richness or taste. The chicken is hard and dry! I don't bite or taste at all. The ramen was so terrible that I thought I wanted to leave it all home.
I knew that other people's reviews were not at all reliable.

スープは醤油ベースで、しっかりした旨みもあります。具材のお肉も味が良かったです。特に、メンマは一般的なしょっぱい味ではなく、甘みがあるお味で、とても美味しかったです。また、紅生姜も乗っているので、寒い日に全身があたたまる。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とりちゅうをいただきました。塩分が少ない優しい鰹出汁はなかなかいいと思ってたら、存在ある麺と合わせたら何食べてるのかわからなくなってしまいました。
肉は思いっきり塩に漬けて湯煎した（？）鶏胸肉と硬いモモ肉。なぜかメンマは甘く感じました。多分、僕の舌がおかしいのでしょうけど、僕には合いませんでした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とりちゅうを頼みました。味わ濃いめの中華紅生姜？が入ってて夏時期にわポカポカして暑いかも…氷水のお冷だとありがたいです。あと虫が多くて…気になりました。檸檬のラーメンわ気になりました（笑）

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 鳥中華そば。和風の魚だしスープと中細の麺。チャーシューが嚙みごたえあるモモとムネでした。紅ショウガが珍しい。あっさり美味しくいただきました。地元民が続々来てました。
Tori Chinese noodles. Japanese-style fish soup stock and medium-sized noodles. The char siu was peach and mune with a chewy texture. Red pickled ginger is rare. It was delicious. Locals came one after another.

鶏中華を注文しました。
提供までの時間はとても早かったです。第一印象は「麺に対してスープ多い」
食べてみると麺はストレートな麺でこれは美味しい。
スープも鶏のうまみがよく出てたと思います。
トッピングの豚と鶏のチャーシューがちょっと残念でした。豚チャーシューは硬い、鶏チャーシューは胸肉を使っているからってのもあるけど結構パサつきます。紅生姜がコロッとした状態で乗ってました。
スープが多いので海苔とネギ以外すべてスープに沈んでしまっていました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 鳥中華(とりちゅう)は大好きなので良く食べます。さっぱり節系ダシに2種類の鶏肉が入ってます。あと、大きい紅生姜が入っています。
