帰宅後の体操や気をつけるポイントも説明されました

ヘルニア持ちで定期的に腰が辛くなるため、相談も兼ねて行きました。
身体の歪みやバランスを見ていただいて、気になる箇所を言い当てられびっくりでした。

痛い場所を訴えたら筋肉がはってると言われてマッサージなどしてもらいましたが改善せず、整形外科に受診したら全然違う診察結果でした。
ここの整骨院の通院も辞めるように言われました。
治してもらうというよりマッサージ感覚で行くならいいのではないでしょうか。
あまりオススメしません。

腰痛改善の為に定期的に通院していますが、保険も使えるので助かっています。

丁寧に説明して下さって助かりました。
マッサージもとても気持ちが良くて、術後は快調です✨気さくに話しかけて下さって、緊張せずに施術を受けられました。
雑誌や漫画もあり、待ち時間はほとんどないですが、退屈せず過ごせました。終わった後のお茶も種類が色々あってリラックスしてほっこりしました☺️

バスケでの怪我をきっかけに定期的に通うようになりましたが、いつも丁寧な施術をしてくださり、気さくな雰囲気に癒されます✨
身体の揉みほぐしはもちろん、鍼、電気など、症状に合わせ、最適な治療法をご提案くださるので、怪我してからだけでなく、怪我の予防としても利用おすすめします。
30を過ぎてからバスケでよく怪我をするようになり悩んでましたが、通うようになり、身体も少しずつですが柔らかくなり、怪我しづらい身体作りに繋がってる気がします。スポーツをされてる方は一度行ってみてください。施術だけでなく、日頃のストレッチのアドバイスなどもいただけます。
スタッフのみなさん、本当に気さくで、一度した趣味の話も覚えていてくださり、気持ちよく過ごせ、すぐ時間が過ぎてしまいます。
待ち時間などほぼございませんが、漫画?やドリンクコーナー?☕️もあるので安心です。
