藤枝市役所で、事前に婚姻届のチェックをしたが、実際に別の本籍地のある市役所に提出したら、足りないところがあった。
住民票発行のため、藤枝市役所に行ったら、婚姻届が反映されるのに一週間かかると言われて、その日は何の処理もできず、銀行も免許証も名義変更できないと諦めたが、本籍地のある別の市役所に行ったら、受理証明書を発行して反映することができた。
住民票も旧姓の欄に名前を記載しないと、免許証に旧姓は載せられないと、警察署で説明を受けた。銀行の名義変更の証明書として使いたかったが、出来なかった。私の下調べ不足もあるが、藤枝市役所の説明不足かと感じた。

I checked the marriage registration in advance at Fujieda City Hall, but when I actually submitted it to the city hall where my registered domicile is located, there was something missing.
When I went to Fujieda City Hall to issue a resident's card, I was told that it would take a week for the marriage registration to be reflected, and I couldn't do anything on that day, and I gave up saying that I couldn't change the name of the bank or driver's license. When I went to another city hall where my registered domicile was located, I was able to issue a certificate of acceptance and reflect it.
The police station explained that if you do not write your name in the maiden name column on your resident's card, you will not be able to put your maiden name on your driver's license. I wanted to use it as a proof of bank name change, but I couldn't. There was a lack of preliminary research, but I felt that the explanation was insufficient at Fujieda City Hall.
