It is a moderately sized (about 20M x 40M) park in a residential area. Well-maintained trees are planted in a beautiful open space. There is a monument to the song written by Prince Yuge in the Manyoshu, which is written as "Winter Saijikien". The poem and the explanation of Yuzuriha are also written on another stainless steel plate. Playsets include swings and worm benches for healthy playsets. There are drinking fountains, burglar benches, etc.
