H	Happy Street on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 家族が数ヶ月入院をしました。その間にクラスターが発生し、とても緊迫した時期を通過しておられますが、看護師さん、スタッフの皆さんは、極度の緊張と業務の負担が相当あるにも関わらず、冷静に淡々と不平不満を言うのではなく、自分たちがこの病院を、そして地元の患者さんたちを守るのだという意思を持って、また病院と患者に対する愛を持って日々の仕事に従事されておりました。普段から、穏やかで愛のある空間が作られていることを感じ、温かな空間の中、家族のように大切に扱ってもらい、入院生活を安心して続けられたそうです。その点ではとても良いと思いますが、整形外科に強い病院であるので、その他の科に関しては、お医者様が週に1度しかいらっしゃらない、何曜日と何曜日にしかいらっしゃらない、など、つぎはぎ状態でなんとか運営している様子も見えます。有能な先生が何人もおられますが、常駐でない場合、それ以外の時に緊急に見て欲しい場合は、少し問題になるのでは？と気になりました。 My family was hospitalized for several months.
