m	mimi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 人によって言うことが違い、振り回されました。発送にあたって不明な点があった為、何回か電話で確認したり、直接荷物を持って行って料金を調べてもらったり、伝票の書き方を教えてもらったにも関わらず、窓口で出した際には「金額が違う」「伝票の書き方が違う」と言われ…何のために何度も足を運んだのかわかりません。発送相手の方にも、金額のことでまた連絡と謝罪をしなくてはならなくなりました。当たり前のことだけれど、正しい情報をスタッフ全員で共有してほしいです。あとすごく良くないと思ったのは、その際に対応した窓口の男性の方の逆ギレの様な態度が一部見受けられたこと。思うことがあっても、少なくとも態度に出すべきではないと思います。仕事で度々利用しているけれど、窓口で毎回同じことを言われるのがかなりストレスです。もうわかっているので、同じ説明を行く度に何度もするのはやめてほしい。正直本当に利用したくない。 Different people said different things and were swayed.
