以前40℃以上の発熱で風邪のため受診しました。家族に受付してもらい待ち時間を携帯で見れるのはとても良いシステムでしたが、順番が近くなり医院に行くと熱が高いからと奥のベッドに横になり診察を待ちましたが、診察する時には診察室まで歩かなくてはならず、起きたり横になったり何度もしなくてはならず悪寒と関節痛があり、とても苦痛でした。また、点滴をしてもらいましたが、以前、違う内科受診の経験から解熱剤を投与してもらい点滴を開始しとても楽になりましたが、ここでは発熱しているところでとても温度の低い点滴をされ(外気が低い時期の受診のせいかもしれませんが)、極寒の中にいるような寒さと震えが止まらない状態で点滴を終わらせました。先生に解熱剤をお願いしても聞いてもらえず、せめて点滴剤も冷たいものではないものを依頼しましたが、聞いてもらえませんでした。以来受診は止めようと思い受診はしていません。このような医院は初めての経験で非常に驚きました。

院長の人は丁寧でよかったですが、受付の酷さはとんでもないです。 受付の人は人と思わないくらいの方が嫌な気持ちにならないのでオススメします。 院長はいい人なので、そこは診療してもらってよかったなと思いました。

以前から愛想のない受付の人2人でしたが、ここ数ヶ月で変わった2人(年齢が上がった)はさらに無愛想です。前の2人は私語が少なかったけど、今の2人は私語も多くて気になります。 先生は事務的な診療なので「親身」を求める方は他を探された方がいいかもしれません。

他の方のコメントにもありましたが、いつもいらっしゃる受付2人の方のホスピタリティの無さが酷すぎる。患者をサポートする意識がまるで感じられません。自分だけでなく、他の患者さん(特に年配の方)に対する態度も側から見ていて苦痛です。看護師、医師ノ方は丁寧ですが、受付と待ち時間が毎回苦痛なので、病院を変えるつもりです。
