母が外科手術でお世話になりました。 手術の説明は家族同伴じゃないとダメなので先生からの病状や手術方法の説明を一緒に聞きました。 その後看護師さんから入院前のPCR検査の方法や入院時の説明がありましたが、どちらもとても細かく丁寧に説明してくれました。 医療のことはよくわかりませんが、今のところ術後に大きな問題もないのでやってよかったと思っています。 私自身も毎年健康診断でお世話になってますがスタッフや技師さんなどは親切にしてくれるのでそこまで悪い病院と言う感じはありません。 ただ問題は事務員さん。 入院時の説明も早口だし、言ってることがよくわからない。 しかもいつまで待っても会計に呼ばれないので聞いてみるとどうやらとっくに出来ていたのに呼んでいなかった様子。 しかも後期高齢者の医療控除については市役所でわかることなので特にしなくてもいいと言われたのに、入院の日は受付で「確認が必要ですのですぐに確認してください。」と言われる始末。 そういう説明は事務員全員でしっかりと統一してほしいですね。 さらに驚いたのはなんと母の退院後、請求金額が間違えていたので不足分を支払いをしに来て欲しいと電話連絡があったこと! しかもなかなかの金額。 そんなことがあるんだとびっくりしました。 私の印象としては病院自体は至って普通だけど、受付や事務はかなりお粗末。 領収書などはよく確認した方がいいです!

発熱外来で受診しました。電話対応は女性の方で淡々と話す感じでお世辞にも良いとは言えなかったです。 病院着いてまず疑問。正面玄関のおでこで測る自動体温計精度低すぎませんか。39.0℃の状態で行っておでこで計測したら36.6℃。その後腋の体温計で測ったら38.8℃。 これじゃ普通にコロナが院内に潜伏してる可能性は否定できませんよね。 受付終わって発熱外来用の駐車場で待機。特に混んでいる様子もなかったですが普通に50分位待たされ、とりあえず風邪って言っときゃいいくらいな診察で終わりました。「数日で良くなれば風邪とみていいかなー治らなかったらまた来て?」って風邪なのはわかりきったことだし辛くて受診しに来てるんだから最初から詳しく診ていただきたい。また、PCR検査とインフルの検査もしたのですがインフルの検査を料金に含むのを忘れたらしく後日治ったらでいいから支払いに来てくれとの事。忘れることは誰にでもあるから仕方ないけどこうも色々重なると信頼を失いますよねー。 ここはダメだと思い、後日ダメだったらまた来てと言われてましたが別の病院へ受診し、詳しく診て貰えたので時間と労力とお金を無駄にしたくなければ最初からここへは行かないことをオススメします。
