D	Daisuke Tomita on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ “Fugen” is based in Oslo, Norway. This cafe is the second branch of Fuglen in Tokyo. Waffle is tasty. Cozy atmosphere. Coffee is also great. Went on weekend, so kinda crowded. But other than that, excellent cafe. I felt up to go to Oslo:)
