自分はチャーハンが大好きなので五目チャーハンを注文。
何か懐かしい街の中華屋さんのチャーハンでとてもおいしくいただきました。 ギャーザも美味しそうだったので今度は夜にビールとギャーザでやりたいと思いましたね！

店内は、ラジオのかかり、長閑な時間が過ぎる、夫婦で営む小さな町中華屋さん
五目あんかけチャーハンを注文。
注文が入ってから1つ1つ、のんびりとシャーシャー、カンカンと、油とフライパンの音が厨房から流れて来る。
スープは、ネギののった澄んだ醤油スープ。町中華の間違いない味。シンプルな、たまごチャーハンにアッツアッツの餡がかかり、はふっはふっコースだ。
白菜が熱い！我慢をしながら噛むと、甘さが口に広がる。一気に食べ干し。最後に、グラスの水を飲み干し、はい！ご馳走さま！！
美味しゅうございました。

麺はモチモチ感があって良かったです。
具の肉は少なめ、野菜は適量。
スープは動物系出汁中心でコクがあり濃厚さも感じる。
高温で炒めた油が入って香ばしさとコッテリ感が加わります。
町中華のタンメンとしては量は少なめ。
餃子か半炒飯が欲しくなりますね〜
接客は丁寧。店内は清潔感もありました。
ご馳走様でした。
