u	usa nanaman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここの年金事務所の対応は悪くないと思います。が、委託会社の日立キャピタルがひどいです。コンビニで支払いしているのにもかかわらず、いろいろな担当者から電話で督促が来ました。ひどいのは自宅まで取り立てに来て脅迫じみたメモまで置いていきました。流石に府中年金事務所に電話してクレームを言い、その後事務所に行って日立キャピタルが置いていったメモを見せました。（年金事務所の方は丁寧に対応していただきました）なんで取り立てに来たかというと、うちの奥さんが留学生で、結婚で住所が変わり年金の請求が届くのが遅れたのが原因でした。もう数年前の話になりますが。 I don't think the pension office's response here is bad. but, The consignment company Hitachi Capital is terrible.
