えこひいきする方
感じが悪いです。
機嫌が悪いのがあからさまにでる方
空気を悪くしてます。
今日は○○さん機嫌が悪いから嫌だと言う人もいます。
出来ないのに出来るふりだけの方
ばれてます。
言い訳はやめて下さい。
まともなのは、一部の方です。
この人がこけたら、目も当てられないです。
職員の顔色を伺いながら、支援を受けるので辛いです。
職員どうしで言い争う時は、事務所でお願いします。
空気が悪いです。
また、お互いに助け合いながら来ている人もいました。
ですが、片方が休むともう片方も休んでしまいます。
施設の対処の仕方は、一人を他の施設に行かせました。
離れ離れにしたんです。
拒むとどうなるかは。。。書きません。
出勤率を上げる必要があることは理解してますが酷いやり方です。
後に体よく2人ともいなくなりました。
