6	63 yamaguchi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 予約していきましたが着席してからの待ち時間が長く、あとから来たお客さんの方が先に商品を提供されていました。お水とおしぼりも声をかけるまで貰えず、セルフなのかどうかも不明。テーブルは空いていましたが、予約客はカウンターに案内される模様。土曜だったので厨房、フロア共に従業員の人数は多かったのですが手が空くような場面も多く見られました。客の様子は把握出来ないのでしょうか…。隣のお客さんにはあった、取り皿の説明も無かったですね… 値段が高い割に味はそこそこでした。この値段なら他のお店でもっと美味しいものが食べられます。映えメニューが食べたい方には良いでしょうが、味とサービスの質が低く値段と見合わないので残念です。二度と行くとこはないでしょう。いい勉強になりました。ご馳走様でした。 I made a reservation, but the waiting time after I was seated was long, and the customer who came later was offered the product first. A	Adrienne Hruby on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bright and sunny cafe, with an excellent assortment of cakes and sweets. The fruit is some of the freshest I’ve ever had but it comes at a price ¥¥¥. The coffee was also delish. The location isn’t super central but it’s not a far walk from either Shinsaibashi or Honmachi stations.

When we first come to the store and ask to buy cake to eat in, staff came and said we hv to take out if buy cake then leave us standing in front of the cake shelf alone, no one took care. And when we asked to have a place to seat n choose a la carte menu instead, staff attitude was so weird. This is a very fancy shop, and we paid more than 8000 for an afternoon tea, but first impression and emotion all day was ruined and uncomfortable from service. I like the dessert and the place but I won't come back ever again.
