★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "Freshness" indeed. If you're a homesick American and want a decent burger then this place is pretty good. Food was hot and fresh, coffee was good, and service was fast.
I had take a star off though because (like many Japanese restaurants) the "bacon" isn't really bacon, it's some sort of ham. Maybe Canadian bacon? I'm not sure, I'm not Canadian.
