山	山田あんこ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 知り合いに聞いて行ってみました。水木郵便局の隣にあるカフェ。料理教室の先生だった奥様一人でやっているそうです。立派なお宅をリノベーションしてありました。テーブル席４つ、お庭を拝見しながらくつろげます。駐車場は目の前にありましたが、一杯だったので電話して聞いたら、わざわざ出てきてくれました。常陸あき蕎麦の配合にこだわったガレットのランチが、三種類。ご飯ランチ一種類。ランチにはサラダと飲み物がついてます。ケーキや焼き菓子もありゆっくり出来ます。友達より私が先に帰るとわざわざお見送りして頂きました。とても丁寧な方でした。次はスイート食べてみたいです。 I asked an acquaintance and went. 和	和DANCE on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 美容室の帰り道。チェックしていたお店でした。伺う前に連絡を入れておいて正解でした。一人での訪問だったので、ちょっと不安でしたが、お庭が一望出来る陽当りの良い二人掛けの籐ソファ席に通して頂きました。複数人でいらしてるお客様からは直接見えないお席でした。マダムから「ごゆっくりして行って下さいね。」と温かい言葉を頂き、ガラス越しの陽射しと合わせて、本当に心も身体もポカポカでした。サラダもナッツが乗っていて、歯応えが楽しめました。人参のポタージュも、丁度良い塩加減。こだわりのガレットも、とても美味しかったです。ケーキも頂きたかったですが、お腹いっぱいで次回に持ち越しです。今度はお友達を誘って、泉神社参拝の後にお邪魔しようと思います。マダムの素敵は笑顔が印象的なお店でした。 The way home from the beauty salon. K	Kurukuru Oyatsu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大きめの民家のダイニングルームにテーブル4席を設けた隠れ家的カフェでした。気持ちが穏やかになる空間の中でこのあたりではあまり口にできない蕎麦粉生地のガレットを頂くことができました。生地の厚みが薄めでシットリとしているためか具との相性がとてもよかったと思いました。味わいを愉しむのであれば1650円の鶏肉ときのこのクリームソースがいい感じでした。半熟チーズケーキなるものは初めてでしたがクリームっぽい濃厚なケーキで美味かったです。 It was a hideaway cafe with 4 tables in the dining room of a large private house.
