パート、アルバイトは丁寧で感じが良いのに社員の態度が悪すぎる。
どこのお店か忘れたけれども宇治の方だったかな、びっくりするような態度の悪い女性社員がおられて余程の事がない限りフレスコでは買い物をしないようにしています。以前、役員？社長？の視察に出くわしてびっくりしました。客よりもその幹部に気を使い客は放ったらかし‼️
看板見るだけで不愉快❗️
遠くても万代に行ってしまいます。

(店員にヒアリングを行ったところ、わからないけど前日もそのような状態だったろうということでした。いつ何円にしたかわからない時点でとてもダメ)
重複してバーコードを読ませ、2重請求します、注意してください。
初めて行った店でこんな2つのトラブルを1度に味わう確率はどのくらいあるのでしょう・・・
あと、細かいですが返金1円足りなかった。
FRESCOには2015年に西大路店でも3か月にわたって店頭表示価格より高い価格で買わされていたことがありました。
どうやらFRESCOはまともに店頭表示価格も管理できないようですね。

最低200円かかる。
店員によって1500円以下でも無料券くれる人とくれない人ばらばら。ややこしいから統一してほしい。
くれない人に1500円以下の買い物でお願いしたら、その断り方がふてこすぎてちょっとびっくりした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 駅近のスーパーで、少し足りないものを買い足すにはちょうど良いです。品揃えは多い方ではないです。PayPayや支払い方法が増えて使いやすいです。
