こ	こうこう on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 流石に下手すぎる。女の若い人にやってもらったけどほんとに酷過ぎました。本当に行く人は気をつけてください。友達に聞いてもほとんどのスタイリストは下手だと言っていました。唯一うまいのは男の人1人くらいだそうです。ロン毛の男の人も下手です。 Too bad at it. き	きゃんばす on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 駐車場がわかりにくい。予約していってるのに店に入ったら誰も対応せず、待たされた。他のfreedomさんに行ったことがありますが、ここまで対応が違うとは思いませんでした。結構細かい感じで聞かれました。そこまで聞かれたことがないので、悩みながら答えると「あまりこだわりない感じですか」とちょっと馬鹿したような言い方されました…ここのfreedomは二度と行きません。 The parking lot is difficult to understand. s	sina _ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 身バレが嫌だったので一年ほど前のレビューです。とにかく最初から最後まで酷かった。予約をして行ったのにお店に入った時点で誰に声をかけられることもなくしばらく放置され、他の方の会計でようやく受付側に来たかと思いきや挨拶もなく「予約ですか？」と不躾な対応。髪洗う時は水やらシャンプーやらがやたら顔にとんでくるし、こんなに耳に水が入るのは初めてでびっくり。大して拭いてもくれなかったので、自分で肩にかかってるタオルで拭きました。カラー剤は耳や髪につきまくりだし、カットの仕上がりもイマイチ。もう二度といきません。 I didn't like to get caught, so this is a review about a year ago. ま	まかろん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めに私が予約メニューにカットを入れて予約してなかったのにお店に行くまで気付かなかった事は一言謝りました。予約のお客様を待ってから切るようになると言われたのでそこは自分のミスだし仕方ないと思ったので了承しました。その後から態度がすごく悪くなり不快な気持ちになりました。カラー剤は飛び散ってくるし、カットもすごく雑でした。言ってた長さより切られました。髪を乾かしてる時にドライヤーで耳を火傷するんじゃないかってくらいものすごい熱かったです。みたいな事が多々ありました。話しも受け答えが不快だったので会話はあまり続かない返しをしましたが… 後日、カラーもまばらな所なんかがありお直しをお願いしましたが、すごくめんどくさそうだったので他のお店へ行き直してもらいましたが、きちんとカウンセリングされて綺麗にしてもらいました。美容師も当たり外れ合う合わないあると思いました。お値段はリーズナブルですが、少し払ってでもきちんとされてて信用できる所へ行った方が後々も良いと思いました。切った方は自分には落ち度がないと思われてるようだったので、改善される事もないでしょう。客商売ですから、たまには腹の立つ事もあるでしょう、、ですが、お金を払っている以上仕事はきちんとしていただきたい所ではあります… 二度と行きたくないと思ったのは初めてです。 At the beginning, I apologized for not noticing until I went to the store even though I did not make a reservation by putting a cut in the reservation menu.
