★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらの代理店で医療保険を契約しました。保険がおりる心当たりがあったため問い合わせをしたところ、保険適用外だとわかりました。
しかし保険会社からの年に一度の案内が届きよく読んでみたところ、やはり保険適用内であるように思ったため、こちらの代理店ではなく、保険会社に問い合わせしたところ、保険適用内であることが判明しました。
本当に雑な会社だと思います。ここで契約しない方がいいと思います。案内がかなり適当です。
（今回の件だけではありません）
私は戸建てを購入した際にこちらの代理店を紹介されてしまい契約してしまいました。同じようにマイホーム購入等で紹介されることもあるかと思いますが、他で探すことをおすすめしたいです。保険会社に直接問い合わせするのも良いかと思います。保険会社で迷った場合は、ほけんの窓口でも良いと思います。
とにかくこちらの代理店は案内が適当です。

保険会社に申請したところ、1週間も待たずに振り込みがされました。やはりこちらの代理店には頼まず直接契約をおすすめします！！！
因みに当初の担当営業は退職、少し前に二度目に問い合わせした時の営業も退職、三度目の問い合わせの時の営業も退職しているようでした。
