There was Washizu Fort 200m behind JR Odaka Station in Yamate ☀️ If you climb further, it is Washizu Park ?️ Playset Square ? There was a water place. An intermediate point from Odaka Castle to Marune Fort. Let's walk!
It is a fort built on a hill about 700m northeast of Odaka Castle, and was built by Odakata in the 2nd year of Eiroku to restrain the Imagawa forces of Odaka Castle. With Odaka Castle at the top along with Marune Fort, this Washizu Fort is located at both ends of the base of an isosceles triangle. In addition, it is in a position to hold down the traffic route connecting Otaka and Narumi, and the scale was 25m east-west and 27m north-south. It is said that Sadamune Iio and others stood up in the area and were attacked by the army of Yasushi Asabina, the chief vassal of Imagawa, and annihilated. Currently, the boundary of the Washizu Fort remains is not clear, but a monument to the Washizu Fort remains is being erected. It was designated as a national historic site in 1938 along with the site of Odaka Castle.

Because of the fort associated with the battle between Okehazama, I don't feel like I should have something to do with it. (2022_01_03)

? Battle of Okehazama Historic Sites ?
Odaka Castle Ruins-Marune Fort Ruins-Washizu Fort Ruins ⚔️
⭐️ National Historic Site / Showa 13 Designated ⭐️
"Odaka Castle Ruins / Marune Fort Ruins Washitsu Fort Ruins"
⭐️ In 1559, along with Fort Marune, built a castle on the eastern hill on the opposite bank of the Odaka River as a castle with an Oda clan against Odaka Castle.
In 1560, Yoshimoto Imagawa of Suruga began to invade Owari, and Oda also placed 520 horses including Sadamune Iio and Hidetoshi Oda as guardians to strengthen defense. The attack started with 2000 soldiers, a fierce battle between each other, a large number of people fell out of control, and Oda was killed by the Imagawa clan and other generals ⚔️
Similarly, Motoyasu Matsudaira also dropped the Marune Fort ?
Former Site of Washizu and Siege of Marune fought well against Yasutomo Asahina and Motoyasu Matsudaira of the advance corps to attract attention and gain time. ️
At that time, young Oda Nobunaga sprinted toward the headquarters of Yoshimoto Imagawa during the thunderstorm ?
⭐️ The remains of Washizu Fort are now "Washizu Fort Park" ⭐️
About 10 minutes east of JR Odaka Station, the park entrance and the promenade in the park are maintained in a wooded area and continue to the top of the hill. It's a place to take a walk in the forest, isn't it?
Actually, it is unconfirmed whether it is the remains of Nobunaga's fort because it has not been excavated in the historic park or supported by the remains, but there is no doubt that Fort Washizu is in this vicinity, and Odaka Castle distant view beyond the elevated Shinkansen seen on the west side ?
You can see the fort traces well from the platform of JR Odaka Station, and collaboration with the running Shinkansen ?
