P	Philip Li on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fun experience, especially because there wasn't a lot of people so you have the course mostly to yourself. I went on a Monday around 3pm. 3600 yen, cash only, around 30-40 mins to complete, depends on how fast you want to go, you're on your own no guide to follow after the instructions and demo. A bit tricky to find. If coming from the romancecar train, follow the exit path and go up the stairs on the left and you'll find yuryo onsen, and keep going up for a little bit from there.
M	Marc B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We did the easiest course. It was so much fun and still quite high up in the trees. The briefing was in Japanese but there was an English handout available. You’re all time safely connected to the robe and don’t have to switch from one to the other safety robe like in the more difficult course. Therefore, it is very suitable for children. I would recommend to go to the onsen and relax after the exercise. The fee shuttle buss will bring you there in a three-minute drive.
K	Katie Wong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You must come here if you visit Hakone! Only a short walk from the main strip up from Hakone-Yumote Station, the forest has been transformed into a playground. The courses are super fun and you can enjoy climbing, swinging, zip-lining, and balancing on a variety of styles of obstacles. It's so fun to be up in the trees and it is such a unique experience. We did the Adventure course for 3600 yen/person. It took us two hours to complete and we had a blast! I recommend taking the opening slot. We had the 9:00 AM reservation and got to be the first on the course. It quickly became busy after 10 AM.

Straight up ignored us as we tried to get registered for a course, and proceeded to help others behind us. Service is very poor. Also the website for this place in English is horrendously misleading and outdated. Make sure to go to the Japanese version if you want to make a booking, and trust me, you NEED to make a booking, or you'll be treated like beggars. If you don't know any Japanese or don't have a translator, you're out of luck. Overall I would avoid this place if you're not Japanese. You'd be better off visiting the onsens and calling it a day.
R	Renij Shrestha on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really enjoyed it. We did adventure course, there is easier course as well. I recommend to take gloves or you can buy there. We rented shoes, it's 500 yen. At the end of it, we were really tried.

The canopy course is too easy while the adventure course is doable by anyone with a minimal level of fitness. The entire course can be completed in about 2.5 to 3 hours. The sore muscles after workout here can be relaxed in the nearby onsen which also serves some wonderful food. It's a perfect getaway from Tokyo for a day trip.
