M	M M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 西方さんという方と電話面談する予定になっていましたが、面談開始10分ぐらい前にメールが来て「別の方の面談が押したため、開始時間を15分ほど遅らせていただきます」みたいな内容のメールが来ました。面談が長引くことはしょうがないが、すみませんの一言もなく、また時間変更してもよろしいですか？みたいな問いかけもないまま勝手に時間変更します的な感じで来て、明らかに求職者を下に見てるとしか思えませんでした。その後の予定的に15分遅らしても全然問題はありませんでしたが、この人には絶対任せられないと思って面談自体お断りしました。それから半年程経った後、別の方から面談しませんか？みたいなメールが来ましたが、もう他で仕事始めているのと上記の件もあり(詳しいことは言ってない)お断りすると、今後連絡行かないようにすると返信が来ましたが、それからまた半年後ぐらいに別の方から面談しませんか？みたいなメールが来ました。意味が分かりませんでした。社員の人間性も企業の情報管理もずさん過ぎます。こんな会社絶対信用出来ません。 I was planning to have a telephone interview with Mr. Nishikata, but I received an email about 10 minutes before the interview started.
