★ ★ ★ ★ ★ イトーヨーカドー時代の全盛期を知っている人にしたら少し閑散とした感じがして寂しい気持ちになるかもしれませんが、土日、祝日、子供の長期休みなどには、お客さんが多い感じがします。
建物自体がかなり古くなった感じがします。
地下は食料品売り場になっていますが、物が良いのか少し値段が高めな感じがします。
1階は東京靴流通センターなどのテナントが入店しています。
2階はロフトをメインに数店のテナントが入店していて、秋田駅と直結した入口があります。
3階はニューカネタなどのテナントが入店しています。
4階は病院、￥100ショップ、ゲームセンターなどがあります。
5階はワンフロア全部が書店になっています。
6階には行政関係の施設があります。
7階は飲食店、病院などがあります。
地下の食品売り場が無くなるようです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 食事や、お土産を購入する処が有りますので、観光や仕事で来た人達が行き帰りに寄る所の場所として候補に入れるのに良い所だと思います。

そんなに買う物無いんだけど、買い物すると１時間なんか直ぐに過ぎちゃうし…
２０００円以上で１時間、次が５０００円以上って言われて、使いづらいのが本音。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 上の階に子供（幼児）ご遊べる場所があり、きちんと片付ける事が決まりですが、それ以外は特になく、受付も簡単でした。時間つぶす時や天気が悪い時には良い場所です。
ただ大きな遊具が無いため、元気な子供は暇するかもです。
