Food: Pancake was good and come in a large portion.
Service: Standard.
Ambience: Crowded, but clean. Nothing fancy.
Value: On par with similar dessert places.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the WORST Cafe I have ever been to. It is overpriced and the coffee has NO TASTE. Honestly, Saizeriya has better coffee with their drink bar, and that's saying something. I frequently go to cafes - - usually 4 to 5 times per week and have always finished my coffee. This is the ONLY time that I was so disappointed that I left half of my very expensive drink. It doesn't stop there, the sandwich I ordered was tiny, the meat was undercooked, and it also was overpriced. Not only was everything heavily overpriced but I'll never get the one hour of my life back that I wasted here.
Trust me, if you're looking for a Cafe to enjoy, Saizeriya is better than this place. ¥200 for unlimited, better tasting coffee VS. ¥700 for one, complete disappointment.

The interior is quiet and suitable for a relaxing rest.
The anti-virus measures are in place, and if you sit at the counter, the table shields are annoying, but that's something you have to endure in order not to get infected by the virus:)
The flavors and portions are all pretty amazing, and this is my favorite café that I've been to at least four times before doing this review!
