★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前メガネを作ろうと電話で相談。対応が良かったので、遠近のレンズ交換と近くのものを見る為、新規で作りました。Mさんは親切丁寧、分かりやすく説明。順番待ちの際お年寄りの方へ購入後の補聴器の不具合を説明。端的に言うと電池切れが近いので微量の音がする事等。親近感を感じるご対応！実は遠近メガネは他社(〇〇市場)、貴店で購入した眼鏡レンズ交換を依頼したく電話、会話中に来店客(いらしゃいませ)、途中で電話を切られました。残念? お陰で良いメガネ屋に出会えた！

Actually, for perspective glasses, another company (○○ market), a phone call to request replacement of eyeglass lenses purchased at your store, a customer (welcome) during a conversation, and the phone was hung up on the way. Sorry ? Thanks to you, I met a good eyeglass shop!
