도쿄여행중에 인근에 숙소가 있어서 들린 요가원. 영어 수업이 있습니다. (일어+영어) 요가하는 분들 여행 중에 몸이 뭉칠때 찾아가시면 좋겠습니다. 건물 입구로 들어가서 계단 올라가면 바로 앞 방이 요가원입니다.
아침수업은 아쉬탕가+하타 그 중간 어딘가의 수업같아요. 사람이 항상 많아서 일찍가는게 좋을 것 같고, 끝난 후에 다같이 짜이를 마십니다. 다들 친절하고 선생님도 좋아요!

During my Tokyo trip, I visited a yoga garden because there was an accommodation nearby. There is an English class. (Japanese + English) I would like to visit those who do yoga when their body is tense during their trip. When you enter the building entrance and go up the stairs, the room in front of you is the yoga garden.
Morning class is like a class somewhere in between Ashtanga + Hatta. There are always many people, so it would be better to go early, and after the end, we all drink salt. Everyone is kind and the teachers are good!
