いつもカラーの後、地肌に感じる不快感が酵素のおかげで全くありませんでした。
髪もいつもよりツヤがでて大満足の仕上がりでした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前から居られる、メガネでロングヘアのご年配女性スタッフの対応がとても横暴です。
言葉遣い、客への接客、全てに置いて彼女を見てると不愉快になります。
若い女性スタッフとのやり取りで、私の事を
「この人は」と面と向かって言われました。(若い方の対応は丁寧です)普通客に対して言いませんよね？
以前からとても上から目線だし、毎回彼女が居る日は嫌な気分になります。
1番気になったのは、自分がレジでミスをして、慌ててるだけなのに若いスタッフに偉そうに指示してるのが、見ていてとても不愉快でした。
パワハラで訴えられ無いのか、もしくは若い子が辞めてしまわないか心配になります。
以前居た感じの良い方も最近見ません。
このお店はいつもカラーは艶も出て、頭皮も染みたりしないので、気に入ってます。
会社として、彼女に何かしら注意した方が良いと思いますよ。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とてもいい美容師さんで長く通っていましたが前回からひと月半経って行ったら、知らない人ばかり。いつもはテキトーにメニュー選んで予約しても希望を聞いてアレンジしてくれたのですが、この時は最後の方にある常連用のメニューを選ばなかったのを新規のフリして数100円得しようとしたかのようになじられました。(だったら色書いたカード出さないだろ)初対面なのに、あまりに無礼。あの良かったスタッフは全員辞めちゃったのでしょうか。もう行きませんが、気に入った美容室だったので本当に残念です。
