★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 道の駅でこのお店の「シェフの気まぐれパフェ」を買っていただきました。原材料名にバター、生クリームとあって良い材料を使っているお店だと思ったのですが、乳化剤が添加されていました。ひょっとして生クリームではなくホイップクリームが使ってあるのではないかと思いました。乳製品の香りが無く色が白っぽい、口溶けがイマイチだと思いました。

純生クリームを使用されているということで安心しました。普段からなるべく加工油脂類を食べないようにしていて、つい気になります。いちご風味の香料に鼻がごまかされてしまったのかもしれません。ご返信ありがとうございました。
I had you buy "chef's whimsical parfait" of this shop at the roadside station. I thought it was a shop that used good ingredients such as butter and fresh cream in the raw material name, but an emulsifier was added. I wondered if whipped cream was used instead of fresh cream. I thought that the color was whitish without the scent of dairy products, and the melting in the mouth was not good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 半端物、歪みのあるケーキが200円であったので頼みましたが素手で取り、しかもパイ生地に手が触れてました。アルコール消毒した気配も無かったですが食品衛生上どうなんでしょう。自分は二度と行く事は無いのでいいですが。
ラスクのチーズ味に切り口が無い…出先でハサミがない為開けられず…いい加減すぎる。

10個で540円のプチシュークリームはオヤツに最適。味は癖もなく普通のお味。逆に飽きること無く食べる「オヤツ」としては良いかと思います。
で、１個290円ぐらいの大きいシュークリームは、パイ皮とのコンビでボリューミー！
皮を手でちぎって、中のクリームを付けて食べてみました。
結構デカイので、結構お腹膨れます。
