A	Asaka Kubo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ これまでいろんなジムに通ったことがありますが、その中でもWESTさんは空間が広々としていてお洒落な上にとても綺麗だと思います。三ノ宮からでも元町からでも駅からすぐなので便利◎ あまり機材に詳しくない私にも親切ていねいに教えてくれました。仕事が終わるのが遅いこともあり、人の少ない遅い時間に利用したい私にとって24時間営業はとても嬉しいです。あと代表の方がかっこいいなと思いました。 I've been to various gyms so far, but among them, WEST thinks that the space is spacious, stylish, and very beautiful. It's convenient because it's close to the station from Sannomiya or Motomachi! I was kind enough to teach me that I am not very familiar with the equipment. It's sometimes late at work, so I'm happy to be open 24 hours a day because I want to use it during late hours when there are few people. I also thought that the representative was cooler.

I'm a woman who is a beginner in the gym, but the staff teaches me politely and I have many female customers, so I think it's easy to visit. The stylish interior makes you very motivated. At first, I had the impression that it wasn't delicious to drink protein, but WEST's protein is easy to drink and very delicious!

I think this is a very fashionable gym with the atmosphere and luxury of Kobe that was created in February 2020. The owner is also quite famous and has a good reputation for personal training. I use it normally, but unlike other 24-hour gyms, the equipment is new and beautiful, and other customers are just wonderful. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a 24-hour gym near Sannomiya/Motomachi.
N	N S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ビジターとして利用させて頂きました。清潔感があっておしゃれなジムでしたが、コロナ対策の面が気になりました。10数名の会員の方がいらっしゃいましたが、誰一人としてマスクを着用していませんでした。（マスク着用禁止のルールがあるのでしょうか？）兵庫県でのジム営業自粛中も営業していたようですので、ジム側のモラルが欠けているという印象もあります。設備に関して感じたのは以下の通りです。【良い点】・ダンベルが豊富・各種アタッチメントが豊富【悪い点】・マシンの品質がイマイチ（よくわからないメーカーのものでした。）・ストレッチエリアがない I used it as a visitor. It was a clean and fashionable gym, but I was concerned about corona measures. There were more than a dozen members, but none of them wore masks. (Is there a rule prohibiting wearing masks?) It seems that the gym was open while refraining from doing business in Hyogo prefecture, so I have the impression that the morals of the gym are lacking. Looking at the reviews and Instagram, you can see that the atmosphere of the facility is clean and the staff are thoroughly cleaning it on a daily basis. I can tell that the trainers, including the owner, are united and moving forward, so I'm looking forward to going every time. It's easy for anyone to go for any purpose, so please give it a try!
