★ ★ ★ ★ ★ なかなかひどい不動産屋だと思います。誤った請求をします。退去時費用ですが減価償却について考慮いただいているか問い合わせても何も回答なく、請求してきます。既に契約しているとどうしようもありませんが、私がまた部屋を借りるときは絶対この不動産屋は避けます。
I think it's a terrible real estate agent. Make a false claim. Although it is a cost when moving out, even if you ask if you are considering depreciation, you will not be answered and will be billed. I can't help if I already have a contract, but I will definitely avoid this real estate agent when I rent a room again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 親切な対応で、良かったですが、紹介されたマンションは、シャワーと蛇口が壊れていたり、換気扇から、黒い油が落ちてきたり、湿気が多い。インターホーンは、外れそうになってたり、アクシデント続き。治安も良くない。
内見は、最初、レベルの低いマンションを見せるやり方。家賃の割りに、住み心地が良いとは、言いがたい。飛び込みで、あまり知らない不動産屋を選らんで、しまったので、仕方ないとあきらめてます。
It was nice to have a kind response, but the apartment I was introduced to had a broken shower and faucet, black oil was falling from the ventilation fan, and there was a lot of humidity. The interhorn is about to come off, and the accident continues. Security is not good either.
